About the Author

Bradford B. Brown, DVM, grew up on a farm in Vassalboro, Maine, and like two of his brothers, graduated from the Cornell Univesity College of Veterinary Medicine. Retired now and living at the family farm in Vassalboro, he's been remembering the people and animals and the many adventures he enjoyed. His first book was While You're Here, Doc.

This is truly a hilarious book about the experiences of a maine vet. Dr Brown is a dedicated veterinarian and a credit To his profession.

Loved it!!! So dedicated to his profession and it shows in every word that he writes. A country doc that truly goes the extra mile for the animals.

Certainly worth the read if you like veterinary stories. Not sure why I was expecting more humor; but I was a little disappointed. Perhaps that is just that ways things are in the part of the country. I am not sorry I got the book and did enjoy the veterinary adventures. Perhaps not being from Maine - or even anything close to Maine- the presentation was not was I was anticipating.
