He's Just Not That Into You Original Motion Picture Soundtrack

I enjoyed this soundtrack, all in all it's a solid mix and great music for bopping around the house or driving. I really enjoyed the tracks by Lily Allen, the Ting Tings, Erin McCarley and Tristan Prettyman. Classic songs by Wilco, REM, The Replacements and The Talking Heads were welcome but I could go my entire life without hearing "Friday I'm in Love" or "Don't You Want Me" again.

The rest of the songs were okay, except Scarlet Johansson's "Last Goodbye" which sounded very weak compared to the other talented female singers on this CD. Maybe it makes sense in the movie.

a fine blend of old and new songs making me feel like I never left music scene at all. The ensemble of singers to the likes of Human League, R.E.M, Cure, Talking Heads etc brings a host of talent together for you to sample in one classic disc. The additional soundtrack by Scarlett Johansson (Last Goodbye) is an extra treat since it is not featured in the movie itself. My favorites were "Don't you want me" (Human League) and "I'd Like To" (Corinne Bailey Rae) but the entire soundtrack was totally listenable. Since I decided to give the music a listen in the car, it surprised me to hear my 3 year old (whose idea of music only extend to kiddie tunes) scream out "Put it louder mama". And indeed I did.

A little old, a little new, a lot great! This soundtrack is a great mix of familiar tunes and some that I hadn't heard before. This is a great companion to what I can only imagine will be a fun movie.

Some of my favorites include Fruit Machine by The Ting Tings, and Somewhere Only We Know by Keane.

This cd has become a good treadmill companion.

I really enjoyed this CD. It has everything from REM to Maroon 5 plus some new artists that I was not familiar. I love listening to it in the car or on the treadmill. Great songs!

This soundtrack has a nice mix of new and old songs. It was nice to hear some of my old favs from the 80's along with the new songs.

The "He's Just Not that Into You" Soundtrack has a really good flow to it. I expected to find myself skipping through songs like I normally find when I purchase or listen to a full cd. With this cd, I did not find any of the songs that I felt the need to skip through. The entire cd has a very mellow feel to it, so it is a good fit for both cleaning music, and even while you are doing other chores. I found it very pleasant to listen to while driving, and it kept me from feeling road rage :). I have actually listened to the cd many times since purchasing, and will be transferring it to my iPod as a playlist. I think that my favorite aspect of this cd is that it has a good mix of older songs, combined with new fresh songs, yet all of them are pleasurable to listen to. If the soundtrack is this good, I definitely look forward to what the movie provides!

Favorite song: Rem's Supernatural Superserious. Least favorite: the ting things Fruit Machine. If you liked the movie, you still might not like the soundtrack. The movie is for 20-somethings of today, and the soundtrack is for 20-somethings of 20 years ago. Depends if you are openminded or aware of "oldies." Aka the Britney Spears singers of the 80s.

I really enjoyed this soundtrack. Hadn't particularly noticed the songs during the movie, just enjoyed the general mood. It's a good mix of guy and girl songs. And who knew that Scarlett Johansson can sing so well????

I absolutely LOVED this soundtrack from the new movie "He's Just Not That Into You." It has a great mix perfect for listening to in your car, I love to pop it in my computer when I'm on the web and listen to the fabulous songs. I especially loved the song by the Ting Tings - my new favorite band, and it was neat to hear Scarlett Johansson sing "Last Goodbye." I recommend this CD to anyone who loves a great variety of tunes!!!

I've always loved a great soundtrack. This one is a perfect mix of some great classics, some of my current fav artists and even a few new (to me) artists that I'll definitely be checking out.

Personal favs: Track 1 - I'd Like To, Track 5 - Madly, Track 9 - You Make It Real, Track 12 - Fruit Machine (Lovin' the Ting Tings), Track 14 - Somewhere Only We Know (Liked it before, LOVED it after seeing the movie) and Track 15 - Love, Save the Empty (another artist I'll be checking out for more).
