About the Author

Sarah Plummer is a former Marine Corps Intelligence Officer, certified Yoga Instructor, five-time U.S. Military Olympic Athlete, Certified Holistic Health Coach, and woman who has stared trauma in the face and persevered. Having been struck by lightning, hit by a car, battled PTSD, broken both arms and legs, walked away from a deadly car crash, and survived Military Sexual Trauma, she can empathize with those who feel “stuck” after difficult life events. Sarah currently lives in Denver, but travels frequently; she's visited forty countries, six continents, dipped her toes in four oceans, and doesn't plan on slowing down any time soon. Sarah has a private practice coaching clients on how to reach their goals for stress reduction, health, happiness, and success. Additionally, she presents keynote speeches and workshops on healthy and balanced lifestyle, overcoming obstacles, teamwork, success, and leadership.

Sarah's book, Just Roll With It, was something I read in a single evening that has refocused my life and helped me make positive changes for the coming year. If you're an entrepreneur, military veteran, or someone who has struggled with failure in your past, Sarah's SEMPER steps for success will help you to "Just Roll With It" in order to maintain a positive attitude and outlook on life. Paired with her live bootcamp event, this book will truly set you up for success in your own life. For me, the action plan it contains will be a point of reference for years to come. The questions for self-reflection are also something I am most grateful for.

Take action, digest this content, and put JWRI to action in your own life! Thanks Sarah for being genuine-- most of all AUTHENTIC -- by sharing your stories in this book so openly.

Sarah Plummer's book, Just Roll With It, is a great read for personal growth. In such a comprehensive book on personal, professional and spiritual development, Sarah has found a way to tie it all together by telling her own story. Battle tested indeed, Sarah has triumphed over personal adversity numerous times and uniquely paints a picture, chapter by chapter, on how the biggest challenges shaped her life in an enlightening, not damaging way.

Sarah Plummer also ties in many great minds into the book and not only relates them to her journey, but positions them in such a way that commands the reader to take action in one's own life. Be it living with more integrity, living more purposefully, or reflecting on trauma as a way to find meaning in life, Sarah's book will inspire, encourage and shake up the perspective of the reader; leaving them ready to start their journey.

I look forward to seeing more from Semper Sarah!

This book could of been very good but let's itself down by bible bashing you over the head with god. I liked the beginning tone of the book and the ideas but as an atheist I would not have bought this book if I had know there is a large part of it which insists your journey must involve "god". Shame, it put me right off and had to put the book down as faith in god seems to be a massive part of the message of this book. It should really specify more on cover that this is the case, feel like I wasted my money. I will try skip this part and pick out the other more interesting and relevant parts but must admit feel quite let down at the bible bashing - there are many people who don't have a faith in god in this world and could benefit from the otherwise useful content in this book. Feels like it's only for believers in god or is trying to convert non believers, It really should of specified this. Do not appreciate that I have just wasted my money.
