5.0 out of 5 stars the perfect way to deal with personal stress, May 18, 2009

This review is from: Just Say Thanks: Cultivating Gratitude Deepens Intimacy With God (Paperback)
The book blessed me with some much needed knowledge for my walk of faith in Christ...mainly, on how to look at our lives from God's perspective and His sovreignty, never ending grace and mercy. Gratitude is the key...it make all the difference. Learned that with gratitude there is vitually no downside when things go awry. There is always something for which you can thank God even if you don't feel like it, do it anyway.Grateful people are more likely to be resilient, and they seem to have an easier time ovecoming obstacles in their life. Mainly we are to rejoice in the Lord Jesus Christ. There is no fault in Him, no disappoint. We are to rejoice in His person...that He is totally God and totally man. His love never ends!

Nice book to accompany Total Forgiveness. It is, like the Forgiveness book, redundant and occasionally tedious. That said, it is worth reading and re-reading evey word.
