I will miss the release of new books yearly updating me on Michael, Liz and April Patterson and of course Elly and John. They have been a part of my life since "Keep the Home Fries Burning" and I was able to find all the books going back. While I've never wanted children I learned about all the aspects - positive and negative, easy and hard, fun and trying - about the process.

Lynn Johnston has brought love, life and dealing with it all to the rest of us with fun, charm, tears, laughter and everything in between. I loved this book but it breaks my heart that it is the last one. But I have the whole collection to read anytime and I will reread all of them the rest of my days.

Thank you, Lynn. You have made the world a much more magic place.

A marvelous little book that is a great wake up call to all those contemplating getting married, or thinking of planning a wedding. Lynn Johnston is a wonderful artist and humorous writer with an eye for details and a sense of humor, even under stress. Makes a great engagement present for the happy couple in your life.

This is the last collection of the "old" For Better or For Worse strips. After these appeared Lynn Johnston "restarted" the strip by basically going back in time and making all the characters young again. These are the strips that tell how Elizabeth got married and the last one gives a synopsis of what happened next. This is a nice collection and any one who has gone through the hassles that the average wedding causes will get a chuckle. I highly recommend this book.

A wedding is never simple, as the Patterson's can attest! Come join the Patterson's for this life-changing event, and the finale to a beloved comic! For better or for worse, we know the Patterson's will live on!

I've been very fond of the For Better or For Worse comics for years. I feel that Lynne Johnston has written and drawn slices of real life into
the comic strip, and that her characters are people we know in our own
lives. This last collection did not disappoint.

I've been a fan of "For Better or For Worse" for decades and this latest book is a good example of Lynn Johnston's every day family life that is simple and yet loving and compelling. This is the way that the story should end and I'm glad that she chose to end it this way.

I have every collection Lynn as put out. And continue to read FBOFW as she changed the format and "re-cycles" the story. This book is a great tribute to the "end" of the strip. Definately worth adding to collection.

I was so sad to read that this would be her last book. I've loved living life with her "For Better of For Worse" family. Lynn understood so well what families and societies are like. But I understand her wanting to move on to other things in her life. Thanks, Lynn. It's been a great run!
