Customer Reviews

This book is so well written.

Gregg's ideas are stellar and they have helped me shed 30 pounds fast and safely without pills or surgery.

It's overpriced, a waste of money, and a just plain crummy purchase.

I liked this book because the author gives common sense advice that you know is just true. He kind of backs up those voices in your head that you know are right but you often choose to avoid. That helped me. This is a fun read as well. He uses humor to make his points and that seems to help his lessons hit home. I would definitely recommend this book to people looking for advice from someone who has gone through it.

The before and after pictures of the author inspire me to give his diet a try. I'm not new to this dieting stuff, and I'm not naive about nutrition. I am diabetic, and I recognize in Gregg's diet a good diabetic diet--mainly fruits and grains. If Gregg can do what he has done for his body, I can do it for mine! Thanks for the inspiration, Gregg.

A lot of diets are tough for people that work and have to bring lunch with them. This book has a lot of good tips for people who can't always eat at home or have to have business dinners. Quick. Simple. Efficient. In other words, a plan my busy life can incorporate!

Thanks Gregg

Its sounds simple because it is. Gregg's ideas are stellar and they have helped me shed 30 pounds fast and safely without pills or surgery.

Gregg writes in a way that is helpful unlike other diet book authors who seem to speak in a condescending tone. None of that here. Here is someone who was down in the trenches himself and has come out a huge success. I am so fortunate that I came upon this book

Wow what a find this book was! I have a ton of diet books on my shelf and this is the first one that completely makes sense. It has made a huge difference in the way I eat and think about food. I am on my way to a fabulous "after" picture thanks to this book. Hats off to this no nonsense author who was certainly not afraid to tell it like it is!

Heard this guy on a radio show, he seems to have a cute personality and his before and after pics look awesome. His site however looks a lot like other gimmick sites out there... "19.99 for the secrets the diet industry doesn't want you to know"... I'm just sayn'! Also the reviews (most of them) say pretty much the same exact same thing "he tells it like it is", and I'm always wary when the majority of these 5 star reviewers have but ONE review to their credit, this ONE. I think I will check my local library before I lay down the cash for this book of "secrets".

Gregg's book was simple, straightforward and informative. I kept trying to just lose weight fast and not really take the time to examine, why and how I was gaining weight. Gregg helped me change my relationship to food. Thank goodness I read his book.

It sounds simple doesn't it, just stop eating so much. Then why can't more people do it? Because it's tough, very tough. There is no easy, magical, medical bullet, super drug or diet out there that will do the hard work. You just have to eat less, and move more; what a novel idea. Finally there's a book out there that tells the truth thin people already know. Thumbs up to Gregg for sharing his journey.
