About the Author, Chuck Harwood The author worked for almost 50 years, starting as a shift foreman in a glass factory to being the president for 15 years of Signetics, a subsidiary of Philips Electronics, a 10,000 person Silicon Valley high-tech company. He subsequently founded a Training/Teaching company in the field of continuous improvement.

This is a great little book!,

When I first saw this book I was skeptical of the author's claim that it help make any job more successful. However, after reading it I am a believer!! The book is simple, concise, fun to read and goes right to the heart of the matter. I agree that is could help every imaginable job/career type...from CEO to dishwasher. I read it in one sitting...it is difficult to put down!
