About the Author
Paul W. Rubino is a retired Captain from the Jersey City, New Jersey Police Department. During his twenty-eight year career he was assigned to various positions in Patrol, Investigative, Narcotics, and Special Investigations Units. He has attended the United States National Domestic Preparedness Program, The National Intelligence Academy, The Organized Crime Centre, and The Police Command College at West Point. His many years of experience on the police force have given him an invaluable insight to a world known mostly by cops and criminals. He is a member of The Fraternal Order Of Police and The Police Writers Club.
