Anthony B is one of Jamaica's biggest and most respected voices. Since the early 90’s he has recorded for every major studio in Jamaica, joining producer Richard "Bello" Bell of Star Trail Records.
Anthony B blasted into the music scene in 1996 with his controversial single "Fire Pon Rome" which caused quite a steer in pre- elections Jamaica and was banned off the airwaves for its strong criticism of Babylon’s system.
In a time when no one in the reggae world was speaking of nothing than guns and girls, Anthony B pioneered conscious dancehall alongside the likes of Capleton and Sizzla.
On Justice Fight, his follow up to 2003’s stellar Street Knowledge album (VP Records), Anthony keeps bringing his lyrical wrath on blazing hot riddims provided by the likes of Sly & Robbie and Steelie and Clevie. Justice Fight speaks of strong spiritual and social consciousness that will capture the hearts of reggae and dancehall lovers all over the world.
