Every pair of Justin Boots is a salute to the spirit of independence, hard work and authenticity of the cowboy.

Hopefully, I can get a hold of Justin Boot Company and help resolve my issue.
The big problem with these is that they are designed like cowboy boots. The toe is too pointy and the heel has a rough sewn stitch vertically dead center up the back. Standing or Sitting they are very comfortable. Walking on level ground they are fine. But go downhill and you immediately see that your feet cram into the pointy toe and then your heels lift ever so slightly up and down against the stitches. Might as well have stuck a rat tail file in the back. They rasp your heels on hills and stairs. The toe of the boot needs to be rounder, and the stitches should not be have been left exposed in the heel. They are shaped like a cowboy boot, not a real human foot. Photo of heel stitching is attached.
I enjoy purchasing products made in the USA.
