Bought two of Jwin Electronics 7 Inch Digital Picture Frame. Neither plays slideshow. One has a defective LCD which flicks after worm-up. The worst is that the company technical support never answers phone call, and has not responded to my email. Stay far far away!

Don't waste your money,

I got this digital frame for xmas gift and still haven't been able to use it. It will not allow me to choose pictures from the usb port to my computer. It only allows me to use the memory card which does not fit into my pc. It freezes up and is hard to use. The instruction manual is not helpful either. Buy with caution.

I had the same problem as everyone else - after a couple months the screen went white and nothing would fix it. I did call the number on their website - 1.866.807.jwin and they offered to send me a new one if I would just send the old one back. No hassle, no problem. I was surprised at how nice they were considering the other reviews on here.
