I bought two of these for my two kitchen sinks. One works fine. The other has been a problem from the beginning. It didn't sit right on the sink and so the pump didn't work well. When my husband went to take it apart and re-do it, the neck snapped off. A waste of money. Can't believe I had to order another one. I ordered a much less expensive one - since this one was made cheaply even though it was fairly expensive for a soap dispenser.

I installed this into a Kohler Vault single-basin sink with a Grohe Ladylux3 faucet. It matches those perfectly.

Installation was a piece of cake, with the exception of some low brainpower on my part. (hint: you should probably screw in the bottle before you decide to fill it up, otherwise you may end up with a big pool of dishwashing detergent to clean up beneath your sink <G> )

In use, it feels quite robust and heavy, which hopefully translates into well-manufactured internals which would last a long time.

We purchased this dispenser to match our KWC faucet during our recent kitchen remodel. We received the order promptly. This exceeded my expectations as far as the look and the ease of installation. So far (it's been about a month in use now) it works great. I like that it dispenses soap from an unseen hole somewhere on the bottom of the arm instead of the tip so the dispenser always looks clean. It's not the cheapest model but for me represents a good value.

I replaced a Grohe part with this. The Grohe was expensive and yet it kept falling apart. Every time it fell apart it dumped the entire soap contents under the sink: not nice.

The Kohler is affordable, attractive, easy and quick to install. Simple to fill and use. This is a keeper.

This dispenser is top quality and is very attractive. The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is that Kohler has over priced this tremendously. You can't find them in the "vibrant stainless" for less than $50-60 and that is way too much for a little metal dispenser. Especially since a couple of the other colors can be found at Home Depot for around $40. I bought it because I already had the faucet and no other dispensers match this color.

Purchased this to match a KOHLER K-13963-VS Elate Pullout Kitchen Faucet. Simple installation - it does what it's intended to do.

Fantastic looking product and very easy to install. I just wish that the pump was a bit easier for me. I have to press a bit hard when I use thicker dishwashing soap, such as the new Dawn/Olay soap. Regardless, it matches my Kohler faucet and looks great!

The Kohler Soap dispenser was very easy to install. I didn't have to ask my husband to do it for me! It has a very clean look, low profile and is the same stainless material as my sink (not high polished chrome). It has a large dispenser bottle which took almost half of my large liquid detergent to fill. I really like it.

Nice pump unit, but the plastic bottle is weak. The threaded head broke off the bottle. Ordered two replacement bottles(part 1039513 I think) from Kohler for $1.40 each.

My other alternative was twice the price (a Grohe) soap dispenser. It seems like a useless expense to spend so much on a soap dispenser, however having one that is installed on the sink does eliminate some clutter on the sink surface. The dispenser was easy to install, the instructions and pictures clear. It didn't take me long to install and the quality is pretty good on this Kohler. I bought an expensive KWC brushed stainless kitchen faucet, and the finish on this dispenser matches with it perfectly. My only problem with this is that it is hard to push to pump the soap, maybe because the dispenser is too new.

I also like this because of it's smaller sleek design. Who wants their dispenser to stand out? The nozzle is also shorter, so as not to stick out all the way to the sink and not get in the way of things.
