This sink is beautiful! Rounded edges, curves, polished, just really eye capturing.

You should appreciate it, then buy a different sink! I've had mine a week, and I'm paying to have it replaced.

It is a top mounted sink with rounded edges, with the faucet and dishwasher vent mounted at the highest point of the curve. While this LOOKS nice, half of the water that makes it to the top gets funneled towards your countertop! Especially bad is the dishwaer vent, seems like all of it's water goes to the counter on my sink and I have to put a towel there for every load of dishes.

The center sink divider is flat with the top of the sink. Two problems, the water pools there so it water stains. Secondly, if you overflow one side, it has NO opportunity to go into the other sink, instead, overflow pours onto the countertop and the FLOOR.

The sink bottoms are completely flat. The water pools there and you have to wipe the sink clean EVERY time you use the sink or waterspots form. You end up telling everyone to use paper plates, or at least trying to use only one side of the sink!

The sound proofing is a few patches, and not as good as you think the price would suggest.

Does not clamp well to the countertop, had to use extra sealer to ensure it was water tight.

And be careful with one more thing: the dishwasher vent is on the right. If your DW is on the left like mine, you have to extend or replace the hoses to reach.

Choose a different sink. I am removing this one and replacing with a real sink, not a work of art.

This kitchen sink is nice, The only think that I have to tell is that it comes with a set of attaching screws which are hard to secure in a tight fit sink cut off but once you got it installed, it looks beautifull.

I'm a plumber who has installed 3 of these sinks. The clips are a poor design but a plumber can use a little skill and they will work OK. They look great except when you compare it with an Elkay 18ga. sink of similair design. The Elkay is a considerably higher priced sink but the quality is easily higher also. If you are looking for value, this is a good buy but the ultimate is still Elkay.

Sink was delivered faster than promised. It is very nice but the stainless steel is a little shinier than I like and it did not fit really flush to the countertop when installed. It is very pretty , though, and I love the shape.

For the price of this sink alone at home depot ($244). I was able to get the Disposal Flange Polished Chrome & Sink Strainer Polished Chrome all shipped for that same price. Thanks HomeCenter!

I purchased this sink from Amazon, but it was only shipped in the original cardboard box with NOTHING wrapping the sink to protect it and no exterior box. When it got to me, the box was torn on one side, and the flap was partially open, completely exposing the sink surface. Sure enough, the sink had a dent in one basin and had to be returned. I still liked the sink, so I purchased the same model from my local store but had to spend a little more than Amazon's price.

I had the sink professionally installed by a plumber, and he even said it was a harder job to get it flush with the counter. He still had to use clear sealant under the rim to make it sealed and flush, but it looks great in the end. It might be a harder do-it-yourself job than other models.

I don't think the sink is noisy or scratches easily, as others have said. All stainless sinks have some noise and will scratch. I think it spotted a lot with water for the first couple weeks, then it sort of got "seasoned" and stopped having that much problem with it. Also, I clean my sink well every day or other day, and I wipe it out with a dab of lemon oil on a paper towel and wipe out the entire interior. That also helps repell water stains.

Overall, it looks as nice as you can get for a drop-in sink and it's great quality. I wish my house had been built with an undermount kitchen sink, but this is a nice compromise, especially if you have upgraded kitchen faucets. I used Kohler drain basins also in chrome, and they are really well made.

Have had this sink for two years. Looked great for 1st 6 months, then brushed finish wears off and it starts to show many, many scratches. Looks horrible now, would not buy another, and will replace. My last SS sink lasted 15 years and was had a far better finish.

I bought this sink to replace the builder quality stainless steel sink my house came with. This sink looks nice in the store display but it scratches easily and the raised rounded edges make it impossible to sweep water into the sink compared to the alomost flat countertop edge of the original sink. I found it hard to install because the sink was not flush with the countertop and the horrible clamps included could not correct it. The silicone sealant dryed before I could get the clamps to install and I now I have a big silicone mess to deal with. The tricks to installing the sink are to pry the clamps apart with a screwdriver before attempting to install them and don't apply any sealant until after the sink is installed. Not exactly a good way to seal a sink.

I plan to return mine because I have been unable to eliminate the gap between the countertop and the sink on one side of the sink. I have some appreciation now for the cheapo builder sink that came with the house. It was flush with the countertop, and scratches were easy to scrub out with an abrasive sponge, which does not work at all with the Kohler.

If you put one of these sinks in don't bother with trying to get it flush with the countertop if it has a large gap on one side or the other. Just return it and try again or buy a different model.

I love the finish and the shape of this sink. It is heavy duty and was easy to install.
