This is accomplished by including a skeletal support cage and a sturdy midfoot shank. K-Swiss's Shock Spring cushioning system is positioned in both the forefoot and heel. Because it has more mesh then the K-Swiss Stabilor SLS, this shoe doesn't require break-in and is comfortable from the first use. The Ortholite Insole, a moisture-managing and anti-microbial insole, helps keeps your foot cool and controls the effect of perspiration. The K-Swiss Stabilor is an ideal choice for the player who wants excellent comfort and stability. With extra mesh, this shoe is perfect for tennis players with wider feet. Durability is achieved with an AOSTA 7.0 rubber outsole and DragGuard in the toe and heel of the outsole, combined with a high-abrasion DuraWrap XD toe wrap. My son plays an average of 4 hours of tennis nearly every day. He is an exceptional player so requires new shoes often. Of all the shoes he has worn, these are his favorite for side to side stability, toe space to eliminate jamming, and great grip. He plays indoors and outdoor and this shoe works on both surfaces. Sizing true to fit: wears a 9 shoe and bought a 9. I tried to convince him to get a 9.5 but he likes the shoe to fit more snug and not be loose and seems to feel the toe jamming isn't an issue. Quality constructed. Didn't want an all white shoe because they get too dirty when playing outside.
