This is the second pair my son has used. He runs a good bit about 15 miles per week. Good lightweight shoe. Good for trails and sidewalk. Great as a training shoe. We use the the quick laces. Seems to run true to size and has adequate support. He loves the fact they are so lightweight loves to run in these shoes. We got the yellow and black color.
