Quick Summary:
Pros: The shoes are very comfortable, have excellent grip on the tread, and make a very good looking, if bold, statement. They are very breathable to keep your feet from getting too hot, sweaty, and smelly.

Con: The shoes are so breathable, they can actually be a little cold in the winter months. They also are not very adept at keeping out rain or snow, but in all fairness they are running shoes, not hiking boots.

I'm no shoe connoisseur, but I realized I needed to buy a new pair of sneakers when my old ones began to fall apart. I looked in a number of physical stores for something I liked (I like to be able to touch or try on shoes and clothes before buying them, as a picture only tells you so much) and had very little luck. At an Academy I happened to see the profile of these running shoes on the shelf, and I was immediately in love. I normally like very simple, understated styles, but the bright green tubes on the black sole, and the grey-to-white fade on the cloth/mesh parts of the shoe really caught my eye. Green and black are, after all, my favorite colors.

I tried the shoes on, and they fit very well. There's more arch support than there appears to be from just looking at the shoe, and the mesh uppers make them *very* breathable. I decided not to get them that day, as I was still a little unsure about buying such a brightly colored pair of shoes, but trips to other shoe stores only further convinced me that these were the shoes I would be happiest with. I was unable to return to the Academy I tried them out at, so I purchased them through Amazon. They arrived quickly, and are as great as I remember.

I've had the shoes for a few weeks now, and have found very little fault with them. The mesh makes them very breathable, and thus a little cold for winter, as well as not very good for keeping out water or snow. Since they are running shoes, however, this is hardly a fault. I'm frequently surprised at how "grippy" the soles feel compared to other sneakers I've had, which is great when running or walking on uneven terrain.

I have two pairs of the K-Swiss Tubes 100 and I'm running 70 miles per week in them with no issues. I weigh 167 lbs. and I'm 5'11." I'm not sure if the other negative reviews are genuine since I run very heavy mileage on lots of different surfaces and haven't had any issues with support or the shoe wearing out early. Perhaps the other reviewers have substantially different biomechanics, or perhaps they are running more miles than me. I'm not sure what would account for the difference. All together I've run more than 200 miles in these shoes and I would recommend them to all runners without hesitation. That said, I also like the K-Swiss blade light as a light weight trainer and racing shoe.

The best shoes I've ever bought! They're light weight, easy on the feet and even a little stylish. My running has improved tremendously and I no longer have shin pains after a really long run. I highly recommend this product! I bought it off of Amazon because all of the shoe stores in my area fail and don't carry this!

K-Swiss Tubes rule! Kenny Powers can't be wrong! These shoes were exactly what I ordered and are perfect. I will more than likely order more through Amazon!!!

I like these shoes, but the only thing that I don't like is that i cant seem to find my right size i typically wear a 12 wide but no luck. so I went a size up to a 13. The best way that i can describe these shoes is that they feel like spider man is grabbing the ground that i walk on that and they have a spring back that i really enjoy. There are 2 things that i don't particularly care for and those are the back of the shoe that presses against your achille's tendon mine tends to dig in me there almost like they forgot to pad it and the other thing that i didn't care for is that the insole is really thin ill have to replace these with a quality set at some point. I hope this review helps some one.

These were my first pair of K-Swiss running shoes and at first I was a little skeptical to buy a running shoe from K-Swiss. I guess it was just because I had always stuck to my Nike and Adidas choices. I've had these shoes for almost a year now and I've fallen in love with them. They are extremely light, very durable and I just feel faster running in them. It's true that they breathe extremely well and your feet can get cold in the winter but when it comes down to it these shoes are for running not winter wearing. K-Swiss has converted me for the time being and I'm looking forward to the day these shoes wear out so I can get another pair.

My husband loves these shoes. He has really narrow and flat feet. I don't know how many pairs of shoes he goes through to try and find something comfortable. These definately have been the best comfort so far. We ordered them on a Monday night and they arrived on Tuesday afternoon the next day. Wonderful shoes and wonderful service.

well lets just say i got these shoes because of KENNY POWERS! i know really dumb, but come on, he is freaking awesome!! I purchased these before labor day so i knew the shipping would be slower than usual. I am a really big shopper on amazon and I have never really had a problem before. I was really looking for to getting these shoes. (Kenny Powers in training) They can in and i wasn't really happy. Let's just say the packing was not up to par and it must have been packed by someone looking forward to the weekend.

But I sent in my concerns about the order, here is where it gets good, SPORTSTOWN, e mails me in less than 20 minutes wanting to fix the problem. Who does that these days!! I couldn't believe it, the way these people handled the matter in quick and professional service! So future buyers, SPORTSTOWN is the place to buy from. Happy with the shoes now and even excited about buying things from Amazon. Customer SERVICE is lost in most places today but I would pay a little extra for service like that!!!

Shoes- Come on, If Kenny Powers Likes them, how could you not!! Tubes are great, people see Air Maxes and Zigtechs all day everyday, but TUBES, people take another look. They Have heard of them but guess who is wearing them, YOU! I love having thing no one in my town has, one reason why i shop with Amazon.

Wearing wise, yes will wear pretty quick, but are super comfortable and very lightweight. There is a spring in your step, and the colors are sick.

I own a pair of Reebok Zigs and the Asics Nerve 33s. I love both of those shoes, but these tubes are the most comfortable by far. The color is awesome as well. Looks great!
