This ankle rig is very nice, doesn't slip or cut off circulation, only issue is that after a few weeks of daily wear the screws that hold the knife to the rig managed to unscrew themselves. overall a very good rig but needs a little upkeep every now and again.

Folks this knife is not to chop trees or try to throw and impress your friends with your throwing skills. This knife is made to save your but in a last ditch effort to get back home and the leg sheath is perfect Irecommend this package.The knife is stout and sharp right out of box and the ankle holster is comfortable to wear all day. I wear it over a calf long sweat sock and then I cover part of the sheath up to bottom of knife with what ever color sock I might have on the other foot to disguise an accidental leg pant rise over ankle and you want to keep your knife away from your flesh.

K-BAR is top notch. I wear this with a kbar hide knife in Afghanistan. It hasn't been found yet by security at down-town posts. Great product.

I was happy with the well made ankle holster and the professional attachment including new studs and screws that came with it. I believe anyone carrying this knife will be happy with the design. it's simple and efficient.

The unit feels very comfortable on the ankle. I have never been a fan of ankle hosters, but this one appears to have the right shape and level of padding. The vecro strap is long enough for an elephant, so you'll probably cut off the excess. Be aware that the knife, once mounted, sits out from the rig, adding quite a bit of width to the unit.

I returned the unit because I bought it for the Beck Necker (also sold separately) and it didn't work. The screw holes almost line up, but not quite.

I bought this to go along with the TDI Law Enforcement Knife and the whole set up is very comfortable and easy to get to. This is not a big, bad knife for showing off, but it would cause a tremendous amount of damage in close quarters; more than likely deadly with the correct strike. I am in a wheelchair, so I wear this ankle rig on my left ankle to grab with my right hand. It fits around my hefty leg brace and would easily fit around boots.

Using this with TDI Law Enforcement Knife and it's fantastic. Very comfortable for EDC use or tactical. I suggest you wear it with the handle of the knife curving away from you vs. in (this allows for the best concealment) and also wearing it on the inside of you shin vs. outside (this was the most comfortable for me while providing maximum concealment without compromising being able to draw the blade). A great buy.

This is a great product. Delivery was timely and product was as advertised. However, I had to return the product because the intended recipient already had one.
