Indian Kino comes from a large tree that commonly grows in India and Sri Lanka and is a rich source of isoflavonoids and terpenoid derivatives. The bark and heartwood of Indian Kino are intended to provide nutritional support for normal, healthy blood sugar levels. Blood Sugar Defense - 60 - Tablet A very good product, My wife and I both started taking the tablets twice daily about a month and a half ago, after she had been diagnosed with mild diabetis and I was told by our family doctor that I was border line diabetic. After taking KAL Blood Sugar Defense, in combination with other prescribed medication, for just a few days, we've noticed that our blood sugar levels are much lower. We believe that the KAL product has definitly helped lower our blood sugar to acceptable levels.

This product lowered my blood sugar levels a little bit, ranging from 10 to 25 points lower on my glucose meter, which is not bad, but nothing great either. I decided that there were other herbal remedies that were better and that gave me more for my money so I didn't continue to use it after the bottle was finished. It had no side effects as some herbal medications do which was a plus.
