I first heard Kathleen Madigan on the car radio and it was a good thing we were parked at the gas station because she absolutely cracked me up. She was talking about having moved to L.A. two days before the last big earthquake which occurred at 4 AM and trying to figure out whether she should stay in bed and have something hit her in the head or run out into the street stark naked. Then she goes on to talk about natural disasters and how CNN always seems to find the stupidest person in town to interview -- you know, the one with wearing a hat saying "Who Farted?" Her timing is impeccable. It's been years since I purchased a comedy CD but this one is definitely worth multiple listens (besides you'll have to listen to it several times because you'll be laughing so hard you'll miss too much the first time). It's nice to find someone who can be funny without resorting to profanity or talking about body parts, sexual acts, or something else you laugh at just because you're a bit uncomfortable.

I saw this CD advertised in a women's catalog and ordered it. I loved it and have shared it with my boss, my teenaged daughter, my mother and anyone else who will listen. My daughter's soccer team was in hysterics one night at a sleepover and this CD was the cause. It is really funny!

This is the FUNNIEST bit of comedy I have heard in a long time! Comedy has been saturated on cable TV, and most comedians have a 'few good jokes', but Kathleen's are non-stop, and very funny. My wife and I love comedy, and have not heard anything this funny since our fave comic Ben Elton got us splitting our guts when we lived in Sydney. Get this if you like listening to some funny stuff that still even sounds great on the nth listen!!!

I can't remember how I first heard Kathleen Madigan, but I can listen to this CD over and over and laugh every time.
She is sharp and funny; she looks at us and sees our quirks, shows them to us, and makes us laugh.
Whenever I need a moment of levity, I grab one of Kathleen Madigan's CDs and listen.

One of my favorite comedians (and very favorite female comedian), I hear a lot of her on XM 150 and the cd's are great

I LOVE Kathleen Madigan...never heard of her before I had lost my baby and was in the bed with the blues and she came on Comedy Central. I think it was the first time after the loss that I actually laughed. I have tried to get all of her stuff since then. She is so very talented and her delivery is great. You will absolutely enjoy this performance and all of her performances. A great time!

I don't know if its her delivery, her obvious enjoyment of entertaining the audience, whatever. All I know is this is absolutely hysterical. Ms. Madigan has a way of looking at things that will leave you crying.

The routine about gangs and gambling alone is worth the price of the CD, however the rest of the stuff is right up there too. Even though the OJ stuff is dated, it is very funny.

Don't hesitate. Go ahead and buy this album, you won't be sorry. Just don't do any serious driving while you listen to it, you will not be able to concentrate it's that funny.

This is money very well spent.

Kathleen Madigan is probably the BEST female stand up comedian in the buisness and this CD is a fine display of her talent as a comedic performer. It is of personal opinion I believe she should have one Last Comic Standing, but others felt differently, and to be honest, she doesn't need that program to prove she is one of the best stand up comedians of all time. Every bit from her Hookers bit to her peice on religion, it's non-stop laughs. It makes a perfect holliday gift for anyone who is into sophisticated stand up comedy.

Kathleen Madigan is the funniest person alive! You should buy anything she sells. I wish she had the videos for sale of her performances because to see her in person.... She's just too funny!

The quality of this CD recording sounds like someone tapped it in their garage and burned it to CD with thier personal PC. Very bad recording. It's too bad because Lathleen Madigan is very witty and funny.
