I ordered this fashionable purse in the dark amethyst color and I love it! There are a lot of useful storage compartments like most Kathy V.Z. purses. The materials, zippers, and hardware on Kathy V.Z. handbags are very good quality. The fact that the purse is not genuine leather doesn't bother me. The synthetic leather is easier to clean than real leather and you don't have to "baby" it, which makes it a great choice for an everyday purse. The bag IS on the large side, but I like that about it.

This bag is as well made as all Kathy Van Zeeland products. However, this one did not look like the picture. It's a metallic shade of bronze, not brown. The hardware, buckles and zipper pulls etc. is a fake gold color and is bigger and heavier than the picture shows. It has a large front zippered compartment behind the front pockets which is good because the pockets are not a good size or shape for holding cell phones. It does have a top zipper closure which is a good feature. It's not a bag I would have bought if I had seen it in the store. If you don't mind the gaudy look, it is good quality bag and the price is great.
