Killed my feet., October 16, 2009

I really wanted to like these flip-flops. I have a pair of Keen shoes that I love (it's how I knew to get a larger size, Keens run small) and the environmentally friendly materials are great. However they hurt my feet after only a few minutes. I tried to break them in just to make sure and it still didn't help.
Weeks after purchase I left the house wearing them and by the time I returned that evening I had a cut on one foot near my big toe. The straps sliced open my foot. Took a couple weeks to heal and I haven't worn them since.
I have long narrow feet, not sure if different shapes would have different results.
