After much deliberation over what to buy for my daughter I decided on the Sunport. I love the look, and know that Keen shoes are very well known and good quality shoes. I needed something that could get wet, but not the look of a traditional water shoe. I loved these, and was so excited to get them. With 3 small kids it was a little more than I wanted to spend, but thought given the name it would be worth it as they would last a long time. Got them in the mail and immediately put them on my daughter, and within minutes she had blisters on the top of her feet. Didn't think too much of it and put band aids on and put the shoes back on her. By the end of the day she had 3 blisters on each foot; top, ankle bone and heel. Couldn't believe it. Needless to say she isn't wearing them any more and I am so disappointed. Not at all what I expected and hoped for. Its now almost 2 weeks later and she has had to wear socks and sneakers, and her blisters still aren't healed. Very disappointing.

My husband and I are Keen keeners; the shoes are durable and comfortable. So I was happy to find these adorable decorated Keen Sunport sandals for my 3 year old. The shoes look like they are made of the same stuff as Crocs and they look durable, but when my daughter wore them without socks, she got abrasion cuts on her ankles. When she first got the shoes she was really excited about wearing them, but now she is apprehensive about them. I hope that she will just get used to them, but I may have to order her a different pair of Keens, ones that are made of fabric like the Newport style. I am sad that I can't return the Sunports now since they have been worn, but I hope this review will help someone else with their shoe purchase decisions.

My daughter wore these for all of a minute. They rub her feet and are rubbery and weird. She doesn't like anything about them and says they hurt.
