I bought these shoes for my 3-year-old son. He initially complained that they were stiff and hard to get on, but it only took a couple of wearings for that issue to resolve. They are adorable, sturdy shoes, and we both love them. Unfortunately, the toggle closure on one shoe broke after about a dozen wearings. Because this occurred outside Shoes.com's 60-day return window, they refused to help in any way. This was exceptionally frustrating to me because I didn't change my mind about the shoes, they were defective. Thankfully, Keen stands behind its product and customers, and a replacement lace and toggle is on the way! I would buy Keens again in a heartbeat (our family has several pairs), but I won't be using Shoes.com again.

These are my son's favorite shoes. He's on his fourth pair, having had them in size one, two, three and four. They continue to hold up well and are on and fastened quickly.

I bought these shoes for my 13 year old daughter who, thankfully, still fits in kids sizes. It's her second pair (the first being when she was much younger), and, just like her originals, she wears them nearly all year long. Being a teen and attending high school she started out in impractical, but trendy footwear. One slippery day in the slush (it snows like 3 times a year here and lasts only a few days) and she never wore anything but her Keens again. Easy to slip on, instantly comfortable and lasting until your kid no longer fits in them they are big bang for your buck. I was already sold on the quality and value of Keen shoes, so it didn't take much convincing to get her a pair. They are true 3 season shoes. And the 4th season? Keen makes sandals for that.
