I have many Keen sandals and shoes (I have probably 10pairs). I usually wear a 10-1/2 but after reading the reviews I ordered an 11. My biggest worry was that they would be tight across the top of my foot and although it is a LITTLE tight I feel that the shoe will stretch enough that I won't even notice after awhile. I would definitely order the next 1/2 size up because they do run narrow but seem true to size in length. This shoe is different from my all of my other keens in that they do curl up at the toes. However the shoes are so cute that these are all just minor issues and I will definitely be keeping them. I mean I wear an 11 and they manage to make my feet look dainty when they are on :)!
I ordered them in the madder brown color because I wanted a red shoe and they look more brown than red in person but they are a pretty color. Definitely keepers but probably won't work if you have fat feet.

I've worn Keen shoes for years and love how they fit right from the box. My current ballerinas are a bit clunky for skirts, so I was looking for something more "delicate". While this shoe fits that bill, it doesn't fit my foot. Granted, each foot is different, but these were, as another reviewer noted, oddly deep. The heel rode far up my achilles and was very uncomfortable. The toe box was a good depth (no "toe cleavage'), but it was also rough/tight across the top of my foot, settling right in on a nerve. I tried putting an insert in which did help the hee issuel, but nothing much for the rest of the shoe. I also noted that it gapped oddly near the midfoot, almost as though it were too wide (and I have WIDE feet). For comfort comparison, I slipped my current ballerina on and these Delanceys just do not compare. I'll stick with clunky for now, these are going back.

Against the better judgement of previous reviewers, I ordered this shoe in my size and in a 1/2 size up. As stated, the shoe is tight in the toe box, but I found it to be just right and true to size if you ignore the tight toe box. The support is good for flats, but not good enough for my flat feet. I was hoping that the deep heel would allow for an orthodic and it did in my regular size. In the 1/2 size up, my heel just kept slipping out. Overall the design is lovely and I like that it is a flat (any heel in a Keen and my back hurts), but I just can't bring myself to wear them long enough to stretch the leather in the toe box. I have been wearing Keens for 10 years almost exclusively, but they are becoming too narrow and too hard to break in. A few years ago I bought a pair of Keen Mary Jane's that I was not only able to wear out of the store, but run (literally) back to work two miles and than work retail on a concrete floor for another four hours without a single blister and no pain. This die hard Keen fan is broken-hearted and extremely frustrated not to be able to find a simple, comfortable, professional flat shoe from Keen.

I love Keens it's the only shoe I wear due to having very wide feet and knee issues, however it's getting harder and harder to find the right fit because they are made inconsistently! They are either too big or too small and I either fit into size 8,81/2,9 or not at all! Keen I rely on you please work on this!!

I'd say these are more red than brown, which is a good thing and are also way cuter in person than the photos online. I bought them for a trip to Paris and didn't care if they were ugly, but it turned out they were way more adorable than I expected.

These shoes are solid Keen construction with a comfort arch and a great grippy bottom that doesn't mark hardwood floors. I am usually an 8 in all shoes and this was no exception. Most Keens I sometimes have to go to an 8.5 but the shoes always feel loose (but don't require a lot of breaking in). I decided this time to go with a size 8 and they fit perfectly.

The shoes are deep and the top edge hits right below my ankle, so it would hold a heel orthotic without pushing your foot out. Like other reviews said the part that runs across your toes is VERY tight. I took them to a shoe guy who stretched them out for me, as I won't have time to do it on my own for Paris.

If you have time to wear these in, they are adorable and comfortable and worth the money for sure.

Love the color and style. However, they're very deep shoes. I'm going to go out and get some gel inserts and see if that helps raise my foot up in the shoe enough. If so, I'll keep them. Otherwise I think they'll rub my heel and the sides of my feet too much because the sides and back come up so high. I'm 47 and have never come across that particular problem in a shoe before. They're really cute, though, so I'm hoping the gel thing works. I must say, though, the problem is so pronounced that I have my doubts. Fingers crossed.

I'm so disappointed, just as another reviewer said, the top of the shoe at the first joint of my big toe is much too tight and hurts. Strangely the rest of the shoe is too large, much too large in the heel. I've experienced variation in fit of Keen shoes based on style but not to this degree. Also, the actual color is a deeper tan not a light buff, at least that's how they look on my monitor.

I usually wear either an 8.5 or 9, but since the size 9s were sold out when I ordered, I only tried the 8.5. The 8.5s were much too small, so I say if you are between sizes, go with the larger one. Despite the problems with length, the top of the shoe cut into my foot and was especially tight in the area where my big toe meets the rest of my foot. In that case, I'm not sure going up a size would have helped. The shoe was also a bit more rigid than I expected, but perhaps if you wear them long enough you can break them in. I'm disappointed that I wasn't able to try out the 9s.

As for the color and style, I did really like these shoes. The neutral gray color would match a lot of different outfits, but is a nice departure from just plain old black. They style itself is very versatile, and while its a primarily a casual style, I think you could dress it up a bit too (which is always good for city dwellers and other women who need practical, but still good-looking, shoes).

These shoes were very stiff and rigid. I had to return them and purchase a more flexible model. They seemed to fit correctly.

These shoes are even cuter in person than on the web site. I was hesitant to order because of some less-than-positive reviews, but mine fit just great and are very comfy. It took a full day of wearing them on the job to fully break them in (the sides around your foot do rub a little at first), but it's my third day wearing them and they are wonderful. Can wear with khakis to work and with ankle skinny jeans for play...some said skirts, too, but I feel they look a little bulky. Love the "madder brown" color (a little reddish in person) and the protected toe (I am clumsy). I wear a 7.5 in most shoes and these fit true to size.
