I bought the variety with 10 different color patches and gave some of the patches for my 83-year old mom to try. She uses the BLUE FX-2 (see separate review I made on this) and the RED EXA-2 patches. She has very poor circulation on her feet, so much so that her toes appear almost purple or bluish at times when she is seated down for too long. I read somewhere in one of the "testimonials" that red cayenne was supposed to be good for circulation. What did my mom have to lose by trying? (except the toxins, perhaps?). Surprisingly, the color of her feet seems to have shown remarkable color improvement, almost pinkish, after continued use of the patches. Go figure!
