I swim daily and have used this product for two weeks. I can't figure out if it's helping or not. It is hard to know how much to apply. It doesn't feel absorbed to me. I tried putting it on wet and dry. My dry hair did not absorb it and the chlorine water quickly sucked into any hair I didn't have coated. I've been using it over my fresh water wet hair before going into the pool, but so far my dye job doesn't seem to be holding up. I'm still using it, but after this bottle I will not bother buying or using it again unless my color-treated hair looks better or lasts longer. The texture and smell is not pleasant. I hear using a plain water and vinegar rinse works as well. That smell wouldn't work for me either!
