Be Very Careful Title misleading,

Okay lets begin Ki Power at Your finger tips would lead you to think your going to learn how to transmit ki or how to cultivat it at least I am so happy that when I ordered this book I ordered another on book on Ki Aura, Ki, and Healing, 2002 Edition.But as for this book it will cultivat your ki not so much by moving your ki or meditation but more through movements that will a sort of Chi Gung well lets put it this way weight lifting builds your muscle this book would have movements to build your ki.
