I honestly wish I had shopped around a bit more... This sucker is a great idea, and looks pretty good, but there are better products out there.
Firstly, go for the stainless steel ones. This one is PVC and it freaks me out a bit to put hot liquid in it. Also, the heat from coffee melted the glue holding on some of the little components, which fell off. The markings on the mug took about a week to start rubbing off.
Shop around, there are better Canon mugs for this price.

I love the mug. It's good quality material and looks authentic. There's even a nice rubber grip that is actually a rubber grip and not fake at all. I fooled a friend with this when he thought for sure I was going to ruin a $350 lens by putting it in the microwave. :) But there is a flaw that should be fixed. The very nice top DOES NOT ATTACH. Yep, it just sits there on top and can come off any time. In fact, it's rather loose. There is only a small plastic ring that fits down into the cup that does not screw on, nor does it have a rubber pressure fitting that makes it stay. It's just there, easy to knock off.
But I still think it was worth the money because of the other features.

I bought this cup as a gift to a photographer and he loved it! It has so many details that it really looks like a real camera lens. The only thing I don't like is the lid, it doesnt fit very well, so you have to be careful (that's why I just give it 4 stars).
