Bought this for my work, as I do telephone interviews. This is the worst product. It worked for me once and since then I've had two interviews where it quit 10 seconds in. It also keeps freezing up on me when I'm trying to turn it on and off. It's cheaply made, back of battery component won't stay in place. And the directions were not written by native English speakers, it took me forever to figure out how to use it to begin with. I paid $200 for this product and it's been a huge waste. Wish I could send it back but I don't have the packing materials anymore.
