Product Description

An interactive ebook designed to help you with Bible memory.

From the Back Cover
Ray Fowler was in high school when his teacher issued the challenge: "I am going to memorize one chapter from the Bible each week for the next ten weeks. Who will join me?" Ray responded to the challenge which launched him on a lifetime adventure of Bible memory. Now with The Bible Memory Version Ray invites you to join him on this lifetime adventure of memorizing God's word.

The Bible Memory Version helps you memorize and review whole sections of the Bible. Click on any verse or passage of Scripture, and it instantly switches to first-letter view. This method is based on memory research which shows that recalling information is a far more effective way to memorize than merely repeating information.

The Bible Memory Version includes:
- the entire text of the Bible in both full-verse and first-letter view
- an introductory chapter with helps and hints for Bible memory
- a quick-start guide with list of recommended passages
- a topical section with 100 key verses arranged according to 20 topics
- five popular gospel presentations with accompanying Bible memory verses
- a helpful Bible memory resource guide

Note: If you would like The Bible Memory Version released in a different translation, please contact the author.

5.0 out of 5 stars This really works!, August 2, 2010
This review is from: The KJV Bible Memory Version: A Tool for Treasuring God's Word in Your Heart (The Memory Version Series) (Kindle Edition)
I have wanted to memorize the book of Philippians for a long time. It has seemed an impossible task, much as I love this particular book of the Bible. Ray Fowler's method makes it so easy for me to learn the verses. I found it extremely easy to download the Amazon Kindle to my computer and then to download the book. The introduction to Scripture memory is also excellent.

5.0 out of 5 stars The Best I've found for easy Kindle Navigation, September 1, 2011

I was not particularly looking to memorize the Bible, but instead I was looking for an eReader Bible, in a translation I liked that I could navigate easily. I downloaded this one onto my Kindle - I like the KJV and the price was good, so I thought I would give it a try. I read the section explaining how to use the system of toggling between full verse and just-the-first-letter-of-each-word for memorization. That was super-easy to use and I found myself memorizing Psalm 23 in about 10 - 15 minutes. Then I tried to look up a particular verse and found that that feature was also really straightforward and super easy.

In summation - I'd say just on ease of navigation and KJV translation, get this Bible. The memorization feature is wonderful and a joy to use, and the price is terrific.

If this author ever puts out a NIV in this easy memorization format, I will buy that as well.

I don't have a Kindle but put this on my iphone and ipod and really use it a lot. It is easy to use and I find it helpful in memorizing passages. I just tap the verse number and it will switch from the first letter of each word back to the full word and vice versa. Well worth the $6.
