Treat your ears to the dynamic range of sounds heard in this 6-piece micro home theater system from KLH audio systems. Part of KLH's Sequel series of speakers, the SBHT-6S is compatible with all home theater receivers. The subwoofer has a 50-watt rating, while the satellite speakers can be used with a receiver with maximum output of 100 watts--for up to 550 watts of aural power.

The subwoofer features a built-in amplifier with 50 watts RMS output, power and volume controls, and a 45 to 180 Hz frequency response. Each pair of front- and rear-channel magnetically shielded speakers (4 total) have 3-inch dynamic woofers with coaxially mounted Piezo tweeters, two-way design, and an average impedance of 8 ohms. The matching center-channel speaker has the same specifications as the front- and rear-channel speakers. This package comes in a silver finish; it is also available in white.

I was researching these speakers (and comparable ones) for a while due to the price. I was about ready to buy them when, the day I was planning to, the price dropped [...] I went to [...] to pick them up, brought them home, and started plugging away. I wasn't expecting much but they sound very good and are a steal [...]. The quality of the sound is excellent, they are not Bose, but what do you expect.

One issue is the size of the inputs for the speaker wire. They do include wire for all speakers and the sub woofer (which was a nice surprise), but I doubt you can fit heavy gauged wires into them (like Monster Cables). I assume the quality of the sound can be even better than with the crap wires that are included. They have a lot of power for such small speakers, and the ability for you to rotate the 'face' can come in handy. Overall super steal!
