If you have been looking for small cube speakers, KLH are the way to go. They beat Bose every time and sell for considerably less money.

These speakers are best used as satellites or tweeters. They aren't big enough to reproduce the mid-range well. They are, however, better constructed than Bose and are better suited for the mid-range than Bose cube speakers.

If you are looking for a complete set of speakers for your surround system and have been considering an expensive Bose set, check out Onyoko and Boston Acoustics. KLH can't compete with the expensive speakers from good companies.

But if you have been poised to buy the Bose cubes, you will be better off with KLH. I like them very much and my wallet appreciates them, too. I would buy them again in an instant.

I have been using a fine audiophile speaker pair, but was curious about going to mini cube speakers front and back for my new surround system. I thought about the cubes from that expensve "status" company in New England but went with the KLH cubes, as I was so happy with their center channel speaker, also ordered here. I am very happy with the sound of these cubes, and both classical music and DVD sound tracks come alive in vivid detail!

Speakers carry big sound along with a sub-woofer. very good on getting the clashing sound from movies of glass to hearing the cymbals. ajustible so that you can focus the sound in other parts of the room. can't beat the price. paid $35 for a set of these and is still using them since i bought them in 2005. looking to buy another set if i can find a seller who's selling a used pair. thanks Amazon for having a buyers market.

I have had these KLH satellite speakers for several years now and they have been great. They pick up on all of the surround sound action I could hope for. I have a very basic system with KLH center, front, and rear speakers, a Jensen subwoofer, and a Sherwood receiver. What I found really made the sound the best was the digital audio cable from the DVD player to the receiver. My system is now behind the times, but it still works great and I look forward to using these speakers with my future systems.
