Unhappy Grammie & Grandson,

My daughter and grandson were moving to a new home and my grandson (then 3 years old) had been wanting his room decorated in Spider-man. I purchased almost everything for his Spider-man room online through amazon.com. I purchased this item less than 1-year ago (ordered in July - received in August). The Lamp and Action Figure do not work at all now. There is only a 90-day warranty from the manufacturer. I have been trying to contact the manufacturer at the telephone number on the warranty information however, no one will answer the call. I only get their voice mail box. I would like to exchange the product in hopes that the one that I received was maybe defective in some way. Even though the product has a 90-day warranty, Amazon return center noted that my return window expired September 4, 2009 - which was only a 30-day window. I am very disappointed with this product and my grandson is heart broken to loose part of his Spider-man room decor.
