This is one of the best toys I have ever gotten. One thing that should be noted is that when you build the Owens there are instructions to build an outpost. I already had the Shadow Cat which made this toy a whole lot more fun. The walking system is hard to get used to. Sometimes one of the legs slips and the 'Mech falls. It is really fun to have someone "pilot" another 'Mech.

Its really neat and my kid enjoy it. It may not be educational, but he loves it and the entire Mechwarrior series.Also, it's made of K'nex so i;s a building toy;the pieces are strong but when combined the pieces to tend to fall apart under repetitive heavy impacts. I don't think the picture they give it gives the actual toy itself justice to what it looks like. Anyway it's a good toy for the kids and they enjoy it.(Plus I get some quiet as he plays with it!!!)

This toy is awsome and fun but you might get mad at building this it took me some time to build this. IF your a meck fan and you like knex I advise you to buy this.

This mech is awesome, it can pack a punch, and take the abuse. If you want a 'quick buid' model, but if you want a model to keep you buisy get this one, the Shadow cat, and Mad cat. Also kudos to knex, for they have the idea to have instructions to build 2 mechs.P.S. I don,t like the owens at all. Bad weapons decent speed and worse armor make it a quick kill (not a quick killer, a quick kill)

The Cauldron Born is not as good looking as the Owens.
