My camera got left in the cold and the screen cracked. Rather than buying a brand new camera just bought a replacement screen. If you're handy than its a fairly easy replacement and it saves you money. Warning if you're not comfortable fixing things I wouldnt go this option. Camera works like brand new now, great product.

I asked for help to repair my Kodak V803 V1003 digital camara. I was given the link to amazon and ordered the replacement lcd display screen. The instructions the ask agent gave me were step by step and we changed the screen and it works great. There were no instructions with the screen. It would have been a problem without the fellow from ask.

I ordered my screen on Staurday and got it on Tuesday morning.I changed my screen in 10 mins so quick and easy.I just youtubed a video and they took me through it step by step.I only had my camera for a year before the screen died and I haven't used my camera in three years so i'm happy I found you guys because I will be camera happy for summer!!So happy :~D

Kit came supplied with little plastic tools. I would not have had anything small enough so this was good. Later I found out there was a video I could have watched, and it might have made it a little easier, but not too bad even for someone somewhat clumsy. Camera now works perfectly. Moral of the story is don't sit down with your digital camera in your back pocket. Much better option and value than a new camera. Thank goodness for Amazon.
