I got this cup two weeks ago, along with one with the music design. Both are nice and colorful. They seem larger than 12 oz.
One came with out a rubber seal on the lid, which caused leaks, but an email to the company got a replacement lid and an extra rubber seal.
The only improvement I would like is to have a lid with more of a lip. I tried a lid from one of my other cups that I like better, but it was a little too small for this cup. I may email them to see if I can order a different lid, but I'm also getting use to the existing lid.

This beautiful mug is cheery and accompanies me to work on a daily basis. After several dozen washings, I am pleased to report that the mug does indeed seem to be dishwasher safe. (I had been concerned that the rubber bottom might not survive.) My one regret is that the mug's handle becomes extremely hot after only 30 seconds in the microwave and unsafe to the touch. The claim that the mug is microwave-safe is questionable, so please be careful.

I love this mug and have had many ask me where I got it. It keeps things hot to drink without being hot to the touch. The design is fun and helps brighten the morning! Can be used for tea as well as coffee. Great gift item for yourself or others.

I purchased this mug for my husband, and purchased 4 of the Dragonfly - Just Believe Ceramic Travel Mug from another seller. Except for the design on the mug, the mugs appear identical. What puzzles me and stops this from being a 5-star review is that the lid for this mug does not fit tight; its so loose you cannot tip it to drink from it without the lid falling out. So much for a travel mug.

This is made in China. There is no information about this, when you order. How do we know that the glaze has no lead etc? I was hoping for a safe coffee mug with no plastics and I got China.
