This toy lasted about 20 minutes before my dog destroyed it.

The original Kong is perfect for one of my dogs, but my other dog prefers this one because it's easier to get the food out.

My dogs are moderate chewers and this was NOT what I expected from the Kong brand.

When I brought this home, my dogs loved it! The nice rubbery texture was flexible and quite appealing to them. I was able to stick dog biscuits inside and when the treats were eaten, they kept chewing contentedly. It would have been their new favorite toy if not for one thing - it was ripped in two spots within 45 minutes. My dogs are moderate chewers and this was NOT what I expected from the Kong brand. To put this in perspective, it took a year and a half for two dogs (through puppyhood too) to finally break a regular, medium-sized red Kong. Unfortunately, this went in to the trash in less than a day. Unless your dog is really a light chewer, I couldn't recommend it. Quite a shame and waste of money.

My 45 lb border collie mix doesn't lick but throws the original kong to get food out. This can be noisy and messy. This is shallower and she will lick the food out because it's easier. I use it for bedtime, filling it with some snack mixed with peanut butter or melted cheese and then put it in her crate. However, if you're looking for a product that can keep your dog occupied for a while, e.g. digging for food in a kong, this won't work. It won't keep your dog's attention for more than several minutes.

Dog trainer suggested that I use Kongs filled with a mix of frozen dog food & treats for my dogs. The original Kong is perfect for one of my dogs, but my other dog prefers this one because it's easier to get the food out. When it's empty, the dogs use this one when they play tag. Easy to clean and easy to fill. My dogs are gentle with their toys and after 2 weeks, this one still looks brand new. If you have a destructive chewer, this may not be the Kong for you.

I bought this toy for my chocolate lab and he destroyed the toy. He started tearing off bits of blue rubber and swallowing them. I ended up cutting of the parts that he tore and giving it back to him. I'll pit it when there's nothing left. I'd skip this one for your big-time chewers.

We bought the Kong quest toys as a way to slow down our Boxer from eating to fast after recommendation from associate at local pet store. Our Boxer gets Blue Buffalo can and dry food mixed and than frozen inside the toys.
The Kong quest circle one is easier for her to get all the food out and she prefers that one over other Kong, takes her about 30-45 to get all the food out . This one is also great at slowing her down but it is a little more difficult for her to get all the food out. Hoping once she gets the hang of it she will be able to get all the food out, right now she leaves about 20-50% in the toy.
If you do freeze the food for your dog I recommended making it the night before so it freezes solid by lunch.

This toy has a nice chewy texture and my dogs enjoy a good gnawing. I have learned to empty an entire jar of peanut butter into a large pastry bag so I can pipe the peanut butter directly into the opening of this toy. My dogs take it to their own spot and lick the peanut butter out. They chew for a while and then take a nap. Unsweetened and natural peanut butter with some oil drained off is their favorite.

My dogs are not "shredder" type chewers. If they were these toys would only be for supervised play time. My dogs will put these in their bed, back in the toy box and leave them on the lawn when the sprinklers come on. Good quality and enjoyable for human and dog. No sharp edges so this is good for dogs with a sensitive tongue or mouth.

I love Kong products, but was disappointed in this item. In less than 12 hours it was totally destroyed by our dog! All that was left was a small end piece. He did enjoy it while it lasted, though

Typically love KONG toys for our dogs but this one was bitten to pieces within 30 minutes. We have other KONG products that have lasted 2+ years. Very disappointed and a choking hazard indeed.
