I use two of these docks. One on my desk at work and one at home on my nightstand. Nice way to charge and also be able to use the phone in handsfree mode without taking it off the charger. Like it at night as I can see the time easily without having to pick up the phone.

It's real basic, but i love it because:

1) it works without taking it out of the #!@$#!$ case
2) it has a headphone out in the back you can use to permanently hook to speakers, or the one on the iphone is also still accessable
3) The iPhone cable plugs into the back. The part you dock onto is an extension, and built into the unit. I've read some of the cheaper ones basically require to hold the thing in place everytime to do, but this one works like it should.

Got this to use with the iphone 3gs works great. Only negative about it is for the price paid a cable should be provided. Other than that love it.

This cradle/dock works great. Very few people use their iPhone without some sort of protective case. This has a extra long connector and extra space behind the iPhone when it is docked so you have room for your favorite case. At least these guys thought this product thru. As for the rest, I think they need to consider the end user.

I researched as many docks as I could find for my new iphone. My requirements were fairly simple: Something that would look nice on the nightstand, didn't require me to take the iphone out of the case, and would hold up over time. So far it is holding up and I don't have to take the iphone out of the case. However, even though I knew it was plastic, it still looks kind of cheap for the price. Overall a minor complaint. What surprised me though was that it did not come with its own cord. Yes, I could buy one, but for $40, throw in a cord. And if you really want happy customers, make it a 6' cord. Makes me wonder if the cheaper aluminum dock ($30) by Konnet is better...

Nice product, great appearance, and very happy with it. But one "However", and most products always have some sort of a "However". The audio output jack (the round 3.5 mm headphone type jack) is located so close the the rectangular jack on the rear of the unit, that only VERY THIN bodied plugs will fit. Most headphone jacks would probably fit,(mine did) but cables, generally are thicker. It came with a 3.5mm male to male, which fits fine, but if your planning to connect it to the home stereo as I did, you may have to shop a bit for the 3.5 male to RCA plug cable that will fit in this unit, or get an adapter as I did. That being said, I like the unit, and would buy it again.

Holds the phone securely. I don't have to take my battery extender case off to use the dock. Makes things reall easy when i sync to the PC- i just slap it in and everything works.

KONNET Reflex Sound & Charging Dock has a built-in 90° connector adaptor that has more space around socket to accommodate any iPod/Phone, even with a thick protective case attached. It easily fits all our family's iPod/Phone, yet provides back support (with a rubber back-pad ~ 1 5/8" high), and all this without having to fool around with different adaptors (as with the Apple dock). We all love the KONNET, and we are going to get one more for upstairs. [...]

Had difficulty seating IPhone consistently. After a few days of frustration I returned the product for a full refund.

I purchased this less than a week ago. It has already stopped communicating with my iPhone. It's already in the trash.
