KORNGOLD: Another Dawn / Escape Me Never

Selections from Korngold's film symphony ANOTHER DAWN are the
most complete of all existing modern recordings. They are end-to-
end riveting due to meticulously-performed variations. Plus they
are especially dynamic and richly instrumented. As for the two
cues from ESCAPE ME NEVER, they are excellent overall; also
dynamic and richly instrumented; but periodically marred by a
thundering herd of kettle drum(s). Pick up a copy of this
outstanding CD (the drums are easily ignored).

The music on this CD is great. My comments have to do with the way in which Amazon describes the product. This is a CDR, without any liner notes and the track listing basically copied from the web site. But you will not learn this by looking at the Product Details. You will find this information under Editorial Reviews, where it says: This product is manufactured on demand using CD-R recordable media. Amazon.com's standard return policy will apply.

While this information would have been better placed under Product Details no where does it tell you that you will not receive the liner notes.

Amazon is misrepresenting the product. I hope my short review will help others who are considering purchasing the CD.
