The second album goes deeper with songs that are less known, but deserving an audience. I can't recommend it enough.

As a life-long fan of KFAT & KPIG I was really thrilled with the release of the first album. It introduced me to some artists I had never heard before, and provided great live recordings of some of the regular songs in rotation on KPIG. However, where the 1st album played it somewhat safe and went with the radio-friendly standards that had been played frequently on KPIG, this album took a different turn and provided songs that were not so common. One thing I really wish is that KPIG would release an album showcasing more of the current artists as opposed to filling things up with older recordings. The eclectic mix of songs on this album makes for a great gift to anyone that loves folk music or just plain loves KPIG. Hopefully there will be a 3rd album sooner rather than later.

There's not a bad song on the whole CD!!!! I've even ordered a copy to give at Christmas.
