Folks this is the best cleanser for mold & mildew on painted surface. I purchased a bottle from WalMart back in early 2007 to clean my windowless bathroom. I was prepared to choke and cough and have watery eyes with such a cleaner but this never happened. It smells great and does not contain bleach or ammonia. I did not have to use it again until a year later but I could not find it anywhere. So glad to see it is still being manufactured.

This stuff is great and worth every penny. Just spray the area you want and wait five minutes. Then wipe off, I used a sponge with a scrub side for really caked on stuff but really didn't need it. Did each wall of the shower one at a time and it was sparkling when I was done, also did wonders on the sink. I have used other regualr supermarket products that needed either a ton of elbow grease or did not work at all. Krud Kutter makes it easy and according to the bottle every two months just spray back on and that will keep everything in good shape, can't beat that.

Doesn't work well in eliminating mold. Didn't appear to kill the mold on bathroom walls.

I've been very committed to the Krud Kutter line of products until now. This mold and mildew version wasn't up to snuff for what I needed it to do. I applied it a few times in the same area with little to no reaction.

I'll pass next time and choose a different brand when it comes to tackling mold.

Of course it can't "kill" mold! It is an Earth Friendly product! You want something that will kill a plant yet stay earth friendly? It does do a good job at breaking down the mold and destroying the spores though.
