Compact but powerful for its size, removes water from its well without a sound. Well wort the investment.

works well. replaced original exact same model which was there for 8+ years
the only thing went bad with original one is a small switch inside. should have ben a $2 item if I can find the exact same type but manufacturer don't encourage repairs!
and it seems a valid argument too as most homeowners will be so handy to open this pump and locate the bad switch and replace it. and any HVAC tech or handyman will charge more labour than the cost of the pump!!

overall works well and I will recommend the product with the catch that I have no experience with any other such product.

This Condensate Pump was bought as a replacement for the same make and model that was approx twenty years old. The new unit hooked right up and has been working ever since. This unit is curentely attached to my indoor ac unit. Works great.

We've owned one of these pumps since we bought the house we are in, and it was there for four years prior. This pump has been draining the gas furnace condensate, the air conditioner, and the humidifier run-off. It has done all this for almost 10 years. About 5 years ago one of the fan fins broke off, not sure how, but the pump has kept going. I'm purchasing another one just to make sure there isn't a surprise. Excellent unit.

I needed this product to drain excessive water from a portable air conditioner.
I found this product first rate. I thought that the tubing it uses (3/8") was going to be supplied with it but it wasn't. Which I bought at the local hardware store.
It is quiter than I thought it would be and works very quickly.
The only problem that I found was in the drain/supply tube installation. Make sure you don't put in an excessive amount as it may jam the float. This may prevent the unit from operating.
Overall I would say it is built and operates better than expected and made in USA (motor was made in Mexico).

The product works great and was delivered promptly, it also saved me money over a similar item on another website.

This was a replacement for the same make and model that was 10+ years old. Works great, just like the old one.

I have a 10 yr old furnace in my basement with an older model KTP-15-1UL condensate pump. For a few months I noticed some water would sometimes pool (not a lot, but still) around the furnace area. Noticed too that the old pump no longer activates automatically except when gently kicked on its side. Did my research and read somewhere that KT-15-1UL is the new 'version' and a replacement of my model. Ordered it and when delivered, found that it is not really 100% compatible. This new pump has higher dimensions and just 1 inlet hole. My old one has two, both being used. (I know there is a difference just by looking at the pics, btw).

Not a problem, I removed the old pump, punched another hole on the top cover of the new pump, inserted the inlet pipes and the discharge tube to the new pump and voila! Works like a charm.
I think I saved at least $200 by not calling a plumber.

I purchased the KT-15-1UL Hartell Condensate Pump for my stand alone AC. It works flawlessly and it pushes up water to a six foot window with ease. The unit is quiet and well worth the money.

This pump replaced the same exact pump that had been in place for over ten years. Why mess with success??? Very easy to install. Item was shipped promptly, VERY well packed and the price was reasonable. Highly recommend Plumbing Planet for everyone!!
