I am thrilled with this pump. My new high efficiency furnace produces about 2-3 gallons of condensate water per day and there is not a convenient drain near-by. This pump replaces a 5 gallon bucket with a float pump and creates a mechanically pleasing solution to my waste water removal problem. The price was reasonable and the quality appears to be good. I expect a long service life and the shutoff switch gives me peace of mind in case of failure.

Using this unit on my constantly running basement dehumidifier. Took all of 2 seconds to connect and plug in and get running. Has worked inconspicuously with no problems for 3-4 months and I'll never have to empty the water bucket again!!!

I was looking for a replacement for the Hartell Condensate Pump currently installed and found the exact same unit on Amazon.com. The unit shipped and I installed it within 2 days. It is working without issue. The old one was in place for 10 years and I expect this one will also provide the same level of service. Also Plumbing Planet who supplied the unit was very through, professional and quick in shipping the pump unit.

Works as described, easy to hook up. Saves time, floors and backs from lugging water from a portable AC from upstairs!

I purchased this item as a replacement for one that was nine years old. It is a perfect match and is very quiet, which is important since it is installed indoors near the air handling unit. A great deal. Thank you!

Setting up the pump could not be easier. 1) Attach the included vinyl hose to the outlet of the pump and route to your sink or other drain. 2) Connect a hose to the deumidifier or other appliance and stick the other end in the pump inlet. 3) Plug in the pump's electric cord. I have been using the pump for 4 months without any problems

This was easy to hook up to my dehumidifer and get it running. It seems to be doing great. If I would have realized how easy it was to hook up the tubing, I would not have ordered the unit with the tubing, but purchased the tubing at the hardware store. It would have saved me a little money.

I checked all the reviews that I could find on Condensate pumps before purchasing the the KT-15X-1ULT Hartell Condensate Pump from Amazon. I received it on time and it was easy to install on the dehumidifier I have running in our cellar. I have had no problem and it is working great. I highly the recommend the pump and Amazon great service.

This pump and tubes was purchased for my Son's home. He says it installed easily and is working very well so far.

My condensation pump came quicky and easy to install right away. And it worked right away. Better quality than the Flotec brand at Home Depot, that worked once but then the water got stuck. So, I returned it back to Home Depot and order this one from Amazon.
