From Library Journal
This highly specialized book will be of interest only to the most ardent students of the Ku Klux Klan (KKK). From it they can learn, for example, about Amos Pedigo, who "was elected to serve as imperial nighthawk of the United Klans in September 1964." They can also glean details about hundreds of Pedigo's fellow travelers in the KKK's 125-year history and read about the Klan's front groups, affiliates, and factions, as well as its opponents and victims. Although it is important to organize information about the Klan, worthy goals don't always make useful reference books. In this case, the result is an encyclopedia of trivia.
