Living steel is part of an overly complex and long defunct RPG system. My first and only character in that game-a US commando in Vietnam took 2 hours to create and lasted 5 minutes of game time before suffering several hundred points of damage spread among various organs from a single shot to the stomach(aaah mny spleen!)-realistic, but not fun. If you got hit, the game was over. This supplement, if you use it with a d20 system or GURPS or whatever is a cool post-apocolypse city.
