I needed new shocks for my car. Several quotes from local repair shops quoted $160+ per shock. After doing research, I found these KYB shocks on Amazon. Despite the "Does this fit my car" function of Amazon stating it did not fit my car, this particular shock 341331 does fit a 2004 Honda Accord as the rear replacements. I'd recommend checking KYB's online catalog to verify the correct part for your car, and front/rear installation.

On to the actual review. The replacements were installed by a local mechanic as I didn't have the tools needed. The price of this part on Amazon is superior to what I found shopping at local repair shops plus free 2 day shipping and no sales tax. The shocks themselves make a huge difference in the ride of the car. I didn't realize how bad my old shocks were until I rode in 4 new shocks. Overall, I'm extremely pleased with the performance and feel of the new shocks.

I bought these shocks and the ride quality of my car has improved a great deal The price was great! my mechanic couldn't match the price since his supplier's price was higher than Amazon's. The mechanic price was almost twice as much as Amazon's.

I brought these shock(KYB-341330 & 341331)for my 2005 Accord V6 Coupe and i must say, "these shocks are bad". I keep bouncing after each bump i hit, even on the highway doing 80 MPH, if there is a bump on the road the shocks just keep bouncing after wards as those the shocks were blown out. When i driving slow on a bumpy street or pulling out my driveway slowly, i can hear the shocks taking the bumps. My mechanic told me to ride it and see what happens, maybe it needs to settle in. i wouldnt recommand this shock at all for a V6 accord coupe. the handle didnt improve, if anything it made the car a little unsafe on the highway at high speed.
When i did some research i found out that KYB's are being made in the US now. The US one are all black while the ones made in Japan are Sliver or white. There's lots of complaints online about the all black shocks from KYB. Of Cousre the one's that they send me from Amazon are the US made ones. They are lots of people that got the all black KYB's with the same problem i have. So becarefull

I was looking for a pair of front and rear shocks for my 2 inch lowered 03 Honda Accord V6. After much research, I decided to go with these KYB's. I had 160K on the originals and felt like they were not conquering the potholes in Los Angeles very well anymore. It did stiffen the suspension up a bit but didn't make it too harsh. Overall I am happy with my decision and it has made my ride around town a bit more pleasurable. My rims on the other hand, well let's just say that they take a beating still!

After looking at the Monroe, Gabriel, and KYB shocks, I couldn't help but to go with the KYB shocks for the warehouse price on Amazon. For $27.99, I received brand new shocks and they work beautifully on my wife's 2006 Honda Accord...even better than the original shocks that came with the Accord. You don't feel the bumps and they do the job!

Didn't want to pay $750 to have the stealership replace my rear shocks, so picked these up from Amazon, showed up quickly, and easy to install (that is of course relative) if you have a spring compressor. (there is a video on the web) Good ride for the old Accord. Will use the companion front struts when time comes to change those.

KYB 341331 GR-2 Shock

This a great shocks for your strut setup. With the right tools (spring compressor and air tools) these can be switched out pretty quickly.

However, I would suggest that you also order the strut mounting kit. I found that one of mine was actually the source of an issue.
