I know some people who go to fortune tellers and do other crazy things to try to foretell their future. I never put much stock in that type of nonsense. But because of business problems, I did try very earnestly to learn and use astrology, tarot, the pendulum, etc all out of sheer desperation, but no matter what I tried, all of it just failed me miserably. And that includes the professional astrologers and tarot "experts". I tried all of it throughout the years as I said. My business required all the help I could get with the economy being the way it has been for the last 20 years. Well, my wife bought me this "Kabbalistic Cycles" book and insisted I use it. She said," You can not give up, you have to keep trying." I did, just to please her. But as I got further into it, I could see it was like nothing I ever encountered before. So I tried it. Two failing business deals did a complete about face, I landed the contracts, got some competitors off the playing field by using these "cycles" as the author calls them, and have improved some personal relationships enormously in the past weeks. I cannot put a dollar value in how I feel in being rejoined with some old friends. I don't know if all this stuff is really true or not.
But as far as I'm concerned, it works, and that's all I care about!

I started utilizing the Kabbalistic Cycles end of July. Since then, my life is a lot easier. I've followed the instructions very carefully and have had a much easier time at getting things done. My business is growing and lots of positive changes in my life. The way the information was presented was educational and by the time I finished reading the book, I had a good understanding on how to apply the information to my day to day life. Definitely buy this book, it will change your life!!

I have to say, when I got this book and read it, I thought it was different, but that it was much too complicated to actually use. It seemed to me like one of those books that promises a lot, but which is so complicated, no one could actually use it (at least not on a daily basis) for all the problems that creep up so often you don't know where to turn. Then I read some reviews here and decided that if others could use it so could I. I set to work, followed the directions, and low and behold! It wasn't that complicated at all! I carried a folded sheet of paper in my shirt pocket of simple calculations that he explains how to perform, which states the times for each planetary hour. I then put it to the test.

And all I can say, is that it actually works! I am very amazed indeed, because I tried so many other things (astrology, tarot, crystal gazing, magic mirror) that gave results I could never be sure of. With this technique, I am not only sure I got the results from the method it gives, I'm POSITIVE of it! Let me tell you, I was facing some REALLY tough situations in my life (a marriage problem, a very bad work situation, and two teenager problems that were getting close to a crisis situation). After three months of using these methods given, believe it or not, these problems no longer exist. It is truly amazing! That's the truth, and I happy to say so. What the book professes is that you can learn the forces of the universe and use them to your advantage or you can bumble and stumble with "chance" and get no where. The choice is up to YOU! I used the forces to my advantage and hence got the results that I desperately needed.

This book is the best friend anyone can have. It is wordy and you have to think things through slowly sometimes, and sometimes the author goes off on tangents, but if you want to straighten out you life, well, this book will certainly help you do just that.

I worked through this book carefully and did all the calculations. Then I used the system it gives in those areas of my life that are of crucial importance to me. It works! And what is more, it works ALL the time, just like the author said it would. I sometimes still can't believe it, but the results are very real, and to say that I am very pleased is really an understatement.

If you need help in important daily life matters, or are lost or don't know what to do or which way to turn, you can chuck all that worry now by using this remarkable plan. I don't fully understand all the "Kabbalah" he gives in it, but from what I did drill into myself I would say I understand it enough to get the results I did. I now use this system in minor matters also, and have found it to be just as effective for them. If you try it for yourself, I know you won't be disappointed. A very good book! It's the best investment I made in years.

Like so many thousands of other lay people, I became interested in Kabbalah when I bought a book by Yehuda Berg entitled "The Power of Kabbalah" (it was even endorsed by Madonna!) I even bought the video tapes from this Rabbi's "Kabbalah Centre" on the web (www.kabbalah.com), and learned a great deal about the Kabbalah and what it means. This and his other books are very helpful for learning Kabbalah. But try as I might when I put those ideas into practice, the results always seemed stilted somehow. In the end I came to think that the Kabbalah was really just a way to accept whatever happens to you in life and by that I mean it teaches you to accept your lot but in a spiritual way, and to gently rationalize away what you can't accept and watch the years melt away on your life. But the more I studied the fundamentals of the Kabbalah, I became certain that it has a practical basis and could be used to help solve many of life's here-and-now problems, if I could just figure out how to use it to help myself with my current situation.

One night I was searching for other books on the subject on Amazon and found this "Kabbalistic Cycles and the Mastery of Life." I figured I couldn't go too wrong for less than the price of a modest lunch or dinner out and so bought it. I began using it within a week, and have found it could be put into use fairly easily. I am happy with the events that have happened to me since I began to use it, and think it is a legitimate method this writer has put together. But most especially, I am happy to see a very abstract religious doctrine brought down to earth for anyone to use. Again, it is dependable, and I use it daily.

I am giving it only four stars though because I think the writer is a little head strong and insults too many of what he calls the "New Age." Frankly, I'm not sure what that is or who those of the New Age are. It seems to me this "New Age" could be the "Age of Aquarius" which has political, and social overtones as well as religious and philosophical ones. If this is true then he goes a bit too far in complaining about them. With that said however, I will end by saying the book is as useable and reliable as anyone could want. The knowledge of Kabbalah it gives is short and can be understood by a person with no background. However, it is more than enough to get you going, and so I do recommend this Kabbalistic Cycles book to those who are serious about getting spiritual insights into the events of their lives and in doing something about them.

What a combination! Kabbalah, Tarot, and some other esoteric goodies put together in a new way! I have always tried tarot spreads and the like, but could never get the consistent results I needed. I've had more success in a number of personal and employment issues lately, than I ever had. This includes getting a raise I was first denied and meeting an awesome girl, just by using this book! Don't believe me? I don't care! I got the results and that is all that matters! I am going to use this guy's book from here on in. No more astrology mumbo jumbo or crystal pendulums or what not for me. This is it! Do yourself a favor. Try it!

I don't know what book the reviewer from Montreal was reading here, but it can't be the same one I finished. Kabbalistic Cycles is indeed based on older material, but applied in a way I have never seen before. And to that reviewer and all others who might be interested in it I say "read the whole thing, work with it and apply it like this man painstakingly gives, and get the rewards in daily life. Just like I did and am doing." Sure, what else is Kabbalah and Tarot based on but old teachings? What else could it be based on? That's the whole point! Explain everything again for those minions who either have a background in old teachings and for those that don't, and then apply it in the way the author worked out - over 30 - some years or so! You won't be disappointed. I'm certainly not!

Although I enjoy casting the Tarot and being guided by it in my life activities, it is as the author of this book says: "You just can't sneak off somewhere and do a spread when you are put on the spot, or when something happens that could be favorable or not and you need some guidance." The techniques he describes for using the Tree of Life, its Paths, and this idea that he calls "flow" eliminates this problem and has turned out to be quite accurate. It does take some time to prepare a chart for each day, but it is well worth the effort (I spoke with an email pen pal who wrote to the author and found out he has a web site appearing shortly that will feature a FREE ONLINE CYCLES CALCULATOR so you can do each day's calculations online in seconds. I am looking forward to that!)

Life is not so much more complicated today I think as it was years ago. As I see it, it is just more unclear. Meaning, there are many more hidden agendas out there that just make life that much more uncertain and unclear. This book has helped me navigate through those dangers in many cases, and for this I am grateful. If you have a chance to view this book in a bookstore, please do. It is different, but that shouldn't put you off. It delivers, and that is what it is all about.

I found this book to be an approach to life situations (and problems) that works. It is very different compared to the astrology and divination methods I'm use to but then it works much better than any of those methods. I have used it on the job, in personal relationships, and with family matters (that were getting way out of hand) and am happy to say all of these situations have either straightened out, or are in the process of turning out the way I want them to be. This is a very interesting book, and I thank the author for having written it. Best of all, it does what it says it will do: it works!

I wasn't going to give a review of this book, because it's not my practice to spend my time blowing someone else' s horn or criticizing them as the case may be. But after seeing the review from the individual from London below, I had to comment.

First of all, I have been using this book for months in each and every area of my life that I could possibly test it on. And the results I received have been nothing short of miraculous. I even tried putting it away and winging it, doing things the way I used to, just by feeling or instinct. And each time something blew up in my face, or worked out perfectly, depending upon the hour that I accidentally chose. I wrote down the time that I initiated an action so that in a few weeks I could check to see if the system worked or if was just a bunch of magical hoopla. The system worked to a tee. Nothing good happened during a bad hour or path flow, and nothing bad happened during a good hour or flow. In other words, it works, and does so, extremely well. If you haven't gotten this book yet, get it. Read it, work it through, and you will be like all the other 14 positive reviews here. It just plain works, and is something you can rely on.

That British reviewer here showed his (or her) unbelievable ignorance and arrogance in the extreme by writing the review they did. If they are looking for Shakespeare, they should read his work, "Hamlet," since its message describes them perfectly. As to the kabbalistic cycles book, it is not a play. It is a book on magical teachings for anyone who wants to drastically improve their life.
