My son loves Final Fantasy. He worked and saved up his money to be able to purchase this product. He loves it. It's a full size sword (I was kinda of worried that it would end up being a little pretend sword). It's not sharp along the edge...just at the point.

After playing Final Fantasy VII, I fell in love with the franchise. When I saw Advent Children, the character that stood out the most to me was Kadaj. The double bladed sword he used (technically called a Souba) was one of the coolest weapons I have ever seen. This replica is a pretty accurate version of what Kadaj used.

The only downside to this sword is that it didn't include the two blue strips of cloth that are tied to the handle (I forget the actual term). The sheath divider comes off too, but it's not a big deal. It's also very important to know that it's not for actual use (cutting wood, boxes, intruders).

All in all, a great replica of Kadaj's Souba.

the sword was sharp when i got it but was very hard to pull from the sheath. other then that the sheath divider came off the second i drew the blade. but aside form that it's a great sword.
