A truly stunning quilting book. In Quilt Road, Kaffe has achieved even more exciting designs. His use of colour and blending of fabulous fabric is amazing. His work is a breath of fresh air into the quilting world. Nothing boring here! It has the potential to appeal to all ages including the modern younger person. Beautiful photographs illustrate these wonderful designs. Also recommend his Museum Quilts (inspired by the V and A museum) book.

I loved this book. The quilts are so colorful, and very easy patterns. Nothing terribly complicated, and yet with magnificent colors that give you many new ideas to do in the future. In general I like Fassett's books because they are fearless in the use of colors.

I have five of Kaffee's books and this one is my favorite. I've made six of the quilts in this book - including the "postcard" quilt - which was quite a piecing challenge but very fun to make. The fabrics are a joy to work with and the patterns are quite easy in most cases. I highly recommend this particular book to all quilters who love color and beautiful fabric!

I am truly enjoying this book. I have already begun one of the projects from the book, adapting it to make it mine. The book inspires me in that I don't generally work with so many printed fabrics so it is a good challenge and a wonderful experience. The patterns are well written and easy to follow. Enjoy!

I am new to Kaffe Fassett. I ran onto one of his quilt books at a halfprice book store and the addition began. This book is wonderful. I got the book today and already see 8 quilts I want to make. Beautiful! uses color out side of the box! You will not regret buying this book!

I love the overly-patterned new quilts in this book by Kaffe Fassett and Liza Prior Lucy. I can't wait to get started on them!

If you are a quilter you have a stash and this book is a great stash buster. There are several patterns in this book I plan on making. I am going to start with My Fair Lady and have already purchased my background fabric. The rest of the fabric will come from my stash. Specific fabrics were used in these patterns but the patterns lend themselves to the ways of a scrappy quilt, hence a stash buster. The patterns in this book make quilt making a win/win situation for any fabric hoarder and there are a lot of us out here. I love this book and know I will get a lot of use from it. My stash will go down and I will be making some beautiful quilts in the process.

I love all Kaffe Fassett's books. Even though I don't intend to make a quilt the magic of his art work is a must see.

I echo the other reviews in that the colors, designs and script shows the vibrancy of Kaffe's designs. Ideas for creativity fly to you when you see the wonderful ways color can be used.

I was very happy with this book. A prompt delivery and it arrived in good condition. This is a truly beautiful book full of lots of colour and inspiration.
