This product is very attractive but much larger and challenging than I expected. I had hoped it wouldn't be too much larger than a roll of dental floss but it takes up most of the palm of my hand. Putting in the "teeth" floss cutter was very simple to do, but getting the included small roll of floss to sit still and not unravel while putting the top on was quite a task. Perhaps including a different type of floss (waxed or fabric rather than slick ribbon) would have helped. Also, the roll of floss just sits loosely on a spool inside, rather than having some method of staying put. Once I finally put the product together and pulled out the floss, the top half popped off right away. I thought maybe I hadn't "clicked" the top and bottom parts together properly but this happened repeatedly. In addition, the "teeth" were not too sharp and I had to pull down rather forcefully, which in turn made the top pop off again and again. I purchased this product for myself and am glad I am the one who had this frustrating experience rather than someone who I may have given it as a gift. I am not using it.

I got this floss dispenser for my husband who is addicted to flossing - it's very cute, and a good size, but the thread is sometimes difficult to get ahold of because the cutting tool is located at the same place as the threading hole (in his teeth of course) I haven't tried to reload any floss yet but it didn't come with instructions to do this - it should be interesting

I like having random practical things to decorate my home and this is just too fun. The only minor, very minor, complaint would be that you can see the floss inside of the body, but as the same time if it was any darker it might be weird.

Seeing it sitting on my counter makes me smile for some reason though, so I love it.

My partner is a self-confessed floss-a-holic. She knows all the brands, all the types, and waxes poetic on the importance of flossing. I wanted to get her something for her Xmas stocking that was perfect for the flosser who has everything. The Kai Dental Floss holder was perfect! She loves it, and it goes great with our bathroom motif: fish!

i wish his teeth were a little sharper - sometimes he shreds up my floss instead of cutting me a piece, but i don't care, because he is adorable, and i love sharing my countertop with him!

This fish is a cute as can be, but its little teeth don't cut the dental floss! You have to use scissors, or if you use two hands, take one to hold the floss in place and the other to saw the floss across the bottom tooth. Too bad because I love him!
